My declaration. My commitment.

I will always choose obedience unto God over the fear of man’s opinion or the possibility of rejection. I choose not to compromise in order to make others comfortable. I choose to love myself, honor my boundaries, and use my voice, even when it makes others uneasy or upset. Though I will often do it afraid, my conviction is stronger than my desire to be accepted. My truth will often hurt, challenge, or even offend at times. Though my heart and intentions are rooted in love and honor, I cannot control if I am misunderstood. I am responsible for listening to the leading of the Holy Spirit, I am not responsible for how that makes others feel. My heart is to love and honor God first and love others well, even my enemies. In their weakness and strength, I will choose to extend grace, mercy, and love. Whether they respond with Godly character and integrity or not, it is not in my control. It is their journey, their conviction, their choice. When I make mistakes, I will own them and be quick to apologize when needed. However, I will not apologize for my faith, my conviction, my truth, my choices.

It’s time to rise and roar! I believe the Father is looking for those who have been cowering to stand boldly and take back their COURAGE!
