I felt The Father say that the enemy has waged war against people’s souls by bringing ‘fear, distraction, and obsession” to those who have been consumed with COVID-19 news, conspiracies, and politics. I saw people walking around like zombies, drained, oppressed, and lifeless due to the hours of mental consumption they have entertained in the past 6 months. The enemy has been gaining power over people’s minds and lives with fear, deception and obsession. I felt The Father say “Many people have had twisted thinking”, meaning where many have thought they’ve been called as a voice of justice, many have actually been sewing discord and spewing poison.” I saw people getting up out of their seats to vomit. I believe God is exposing hearts, deceptive thinking and obsession in this hour. There’s a mass deliverance available to those who have spewed discord and hatred “in the name of God and justice.” There’s grace, mercy and forgiveness readily available to those who will turn to him. There’s no shame, however there is a call to true repentance. I heard the term “Who gave you the right” and He was implying who gave people the right to replace the core principles of scripture (love, kindness, compassion, etc.) with opinion and abrasive words. I saw a chalkboard and there were two words written, which were “Christian” and “Critical.” I saw The Father put a big “X” through critical and he readjusted people’s eyes to the word Christian and reminded them it means to be “Christ-like.” I saw Jesus laughing in celebration as people were readjusting back to love in the midst of the person of truth.

I saw The Father walk over and gently pat the backs of those who have fallen in this category and he was wooing them off of media into intimacy. I felt him say that many who have been obsessed with ‘news and research’ have traded intimacy for conspiracy. There’s an upgrade for many and he is calling people to look for supernatural solutions over practical problem solving.

I heard him ask “Where does your hope come from? In whom do you trust?” With all due respect to our president, I saw a picture of Jesus standing there and then I saw him put a cardboard picture of Trump’s face on a stick and hold it up in front of his face. I heard The Father say “Many have replaced the miracle with the man” and I felt him say “I’m tearing down idols and strongholds in people lives.” It’s time to turn your eyes on the Lord, put your trust fully in him, lay down your idols, lay down hatred and opinions in the name of God and justice!

“Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god. They will receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God their Savior. Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, God of Jacob. Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Where does your help come from? It comes from the one above. The one who sorts out confusion and brings truth to deception. He is calling his bride back to purity and asking “Are you willing to not fight to be right? Are you willing to humble yourself and love those that do not hold the same opinion as yourself?” I also heard him say ”Are you willing to choose “Intimacy over Investigation? What will you allow to captivate your attention? Do you want Heaven’s perspective or your own?”

Friends, it’s time to examine our hearts and repent in the presence of our sovereign and loving God. It’s time to be the light and salt of the Earth! It’s time to ask “Am I turning people toward Jesus or away from him?”

I refuse to be a part of the problem. How about you?
