2024, the year of ‘Divine Intelligence’
As I sought God on 2024, the first words He spoke to me were “The year of Divine Intelligence.”
Divine Intelligence is the highest form of wisdom, insight, knowledge, and revelation given to humanity through communion with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
As I was praying into this word, God began to show me a deck of playing cards being shuffles around. He then began to speak to me about the various elements of playing cards and the progression of a game from start to finish. I am not a card player, so this was a learning curve for me. The terms He highlighted were ‘Sorting, Stacking, Dealing, Strategic Playing, and Winning.’
2023 was a year of ‘Sorting, Stacking, and Dealing’.
SORTING in 2023
As I was studying the ‘sorting’ process in cards, I discovered it is a place of organizing, making sense, labeling, understanding, learning, and discovering IA. The goal of information architecture (IA) is to look at the architecture/structure of something to organize it in a way that makes it successful, effective, and sustainable. 2023 was a year of seeing that several areas of life needed to be restructured, however it was not necessarily a year of knowing ‘how’ to do so or ‘what’ it should look like. 2023 was a strong year of ‘sorting’ out various elements operating in our lives. It was essentially a place of the ‘rubber meeting the road’ and seeing things for what they are. This meant facing hard realities, being stripped of idols, recognizing doctrine/thinking that needed new language, new theology, and mindset shifting. It was also a year of seeing systems that were no longer producing healthy/good fruit, transitioning from old wineskin thinking into the new, shedding the old, and allowing the deep healing and pruning work to be done. 2023 was also a year of knowing the Lord was calling us back to the foundation, returning to first love, and allowing the conviction of the Holy Spirit to bring purification and sanctification to places that compromise set in. For many, 2023 was painful, sobering, and yet one of the greatest set ups for 2024.
STACKING in 2023
To stack the deck, means “to arrange a situation unfairly against someone, or in your own favor.” As I was praying about this, the Lord showed me two players, one being the enemy, and one being each one of us. A quick switch of cards took place, from the enemy’s hand to ours. Where the enemy had been operating through people, situations, and spiritual warfare, the Father came in, and switched hands! The odds were no longer stacked against us, they were stacked against the enemy. What was meant for your destruction backfired onto the enemy and set you up with favor. I strongly felt God say that some of you have not perceived certain situations as favor because it came with grief and loss that have kept you stuck in the pain and have also created narrow mindedness. However, I encourage you to ask God if this pertains to you and if so, ask Him to give you eyes to see His heart and shift your perspective. Some of you have not yet seen the fruit of what happened, however you will see justice served!
DEALING in 2023
We are at the end of the year and the majority of us have evaluated at some level the ‘cards’ we have been dealt in 2023. How could we forget the difficult ones!? This hand of cards you have been dealt has most likely come with a mix of joy filled and painfilled emotion. When we are dealt with the reality of life’s outcomes, we have a choice in our response, and our actions. It is a place of either laying down defeated or turning your pain into promise. It is a place of seeing what you are made of and plowing through in His strength and grace that is sufficient for it all. I heard the Lord say many of you are stuck here. I saw a spirit of grief hovering over people and trying to suck them into a stuck position. There is a difference between ‘grieving’ and the ‘spirit of grief.’ Grief is messy and there is no effortless way out. It is a walking out process filled with chaos and big emotions at times. Grief looks different for everyone and there is no expiration date on it. People move through it at different paces and in various ways. The spirit of grief is destructive, debilitating, and all-consuming for extended periods of time, with little to no relief. If this is you, the Lord wants to deliver you from the spirit of grief. If this is you, I see deliverance taking place for those of you tormented by this spirit. I speak to the ‘spirit of grief,’ and I tell you to be consumed by the fire and love of God now in the name of Jesus. Believe it, receive your deliverance, and reject the spirit of grief from entering back in. He is turning your pain into promise if you allow it. Feel to heal, walk out the stages of grief hand in hand with Him, and let go of what you cannot control. He is your comfort and support.
2024 is the year of ‘Strategic Plays to Win! This is where Divine Intelligence comes into play!
STRATEGIC PLAYS TO WIN
2024 is the year of Divine Intelligence, which means implementing strategic plays to win! Strategy is “The art of planning the best way to gain an advantage or achieve success.” (collinsdictionary.com) What is the ‘best way’? It is the way of wisdom that comes from being connected to the heart and mind of God! It comes through tapping into ‘Divine Intelligence’ through intimacy with Yahweh, which will release the highest form of wisdom, insight, knowledge, and revelation. The key here is receiving wisdom through INTIMACY!
We need to ask for it and come to the realization that there is an infinite amount of wisdom to tap into. “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” (James 1:5)
It is time we lay down self-sufficiency, comfort, and old methods that are no longer serving us or others, in order to be in divine union and connection to the one who holds all the keys and answers to everything we need! “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)
Yahweh is looking for the radically obedient, child-like, and humble hearted to release his purity, fire, conviction, and glory upon the Earth. The show and the facades must be traded in for authentic, connected, and accountable friendships. The identity in titles, positions, and platforms need to be swallowed up in the relentless love of the Father who brings true validation and acceptance to each of His. To inherit true wisdom, we must value and practice humility, shedding all pride. “Where there is strife, there is pride, but wisdom is found in those who take advice.” (Proverbs 13:10) “When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.” (Proverbs 11:2)
Not only do we need wisdom to win, but we also need it for our protection! “Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you. The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding.” (Proverbs 4:6-7)
True fulfillment, joy, and contentment comes through wisdom. “The one who gets wisdom loves life; the one who cherishes understanding will soon prosper.” (Proverbs 19:8)
I heard the father say, “It’s time to stop going down rabbit trails.” Prioritizing intimacy in 2024 is going to save you time, energy, money, disappointment, and even heartache! He is calling us to slow down, pause, and tap into His divine intelligence for strategic plays and wins! We have been given the mind of Christ! We have full access to His heart! We have been given a royal inheritance! We are His children! Open heavens and favor flow all around us! He is in us! Your biggest wins will come in 2024 if you lay down every idol, every distraction, every ‘good idea’ over a ‘God idea’, and you pause to hear Him release his divine intelligence to you!
I saw some of you playing tug-o-war with God and He said, “Just give in”! If you want to thrive, stop striving. If you want rest, stop staying busy and exhausting yourself. If you want order and alignment, discipline yourself. If you want to bear good fruit, stay connected to the vine.
When I heard the Father speak this term ‘Divine Intelligence’ to me, I genuinely thought we were going somewhere different and quite mystical, however He simply brought me back to the beginning. The simple, yet powerful and transformative message of intimate face-to-face encounters with Yahweh!
Remember, “The starting point for acquiring wisdom is to be consumed with awe as you worship Yahweh. To receive the revelation of the Holy One, you must come to the one who has living understanding.” (Proverbs 9:10)
May we all come closer to His heart in 2024. May we become the true, unaltered Ekklesia, the original design. May we all win! May we all take time to listen! May we all lay down the excuses that are creating the blocks and barriers to a life of abundance, healing, and success! May we all uproot where necessary, plant where needed, and finish 2024 more like Christ than ever before!
2024, the year of ‘Divine Intelligence’, the year of wisdom, the year of intimacy.
